1) Bank & Credit Card transaction feeds to be completed weekly or daily based on client requirements .
2) Bank and credit card monthly.
3) Transaction Analysis to Ensure Accuracy & consistency of coding.
4) Clear out Unallocated / Uncategorized Expense
5) Immediate communication with your team lead if something is holding you up from completing these tasks or anything that is keeping you from completing your tasks on a consistent and timely basis.
Company's expectation:
1) Review transactions entered by Accounting assistant.
2) Enter payroll journal entry from payroll software.
3) Update debt payments to allocate interest properly and reconcile to loan balance.
4) Enter various month end related journal entries.
5) Prepare standard monthly financials statements and send to client.
6) Arrange monthly review meeting with client.
7) Immediate communication with your team lead if something is holding you up from completing these tasks or anything that is keeping you from completing your tasks on a consistent and timely basis.
Company's expectation:
1) Enter accounts payable bills into clients selected bill management software.
2) Code bills according to the general ledger account from the bill. Add additional approves as required.
3) Attach a copy of the bill and all related paperwork to the entry.
4) Provide a Unpaid bills report to the client based on the clients schedule suggesting which bills should be paid.
5) Send reports to client and process payments after client's approval.
6) Review vendor statements to ensure all outstanding bills have been processed and reconcile vendor balance with vendor statements.
Company's expectation:
1) Download reports from practice production software with details of funds closed out for each day.
2) Compare funds deposited in the bank to production reports to ensure all funds are being received.
3) Report any discrepancy to the LeeAnne CFO account manager and/or the client.
Company's expectation:
1) Work with LeeAnne CFO client account manager to ensure all monthly accounting responsibilities have been completed in a timely manner and transactions details are accurate and reconciled.
2) Prepare CFO related reports, schedules and tasks in preparation to meet with the client.
3) Meet with the client monthly at a minimum to go over reports, schedule, projects, etc.
4) Work with the client to establish goals for growth, production, collection, expense reduction
Client may use QuickBooks online, Paycor, Gusto, Adp, Paychex or a number of other payroll processing services. Sometime they need help computing hours, adding staff and processing time in their payroll system. Payroll Specialist position helps the clients get their information from point A to point B allowing for efficient and stress-free payroll.
Experience in accounting and financial helpful but not required. We are willing to train people who are the right culture fit for us and our clients. Various software that might be used include: QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Excel, Outlook, Monday.com, SharePoint, Various medical or dental production software, Bill.com and other payment processing systems, various payroll processing software. Opportunities to work on the Dental, Medical or Veterinary teams depending on experience and preference.
