• Quarterly Profit and Loss Statement

Calendar Years: 2020 & 2021

• Monthly Payroll Ledger per employee to include: Hours worked, Gross Pay, Deductions/Taxes & Net Pay
• Group Healthcare Statement per month starting at Month 1 - to include Premium amount per employee (if applicable)
• Payroll Protection Program Loan Records and your application for  Payroll Protection Loan Forgiveness for both 1st and 2nd round (if  applicable)
